Mission Possible Group
This very active group meets weekly. Its focus is the fostering of interest in the efforts of all who work in developing countries and in particular the areas where Loreto Sisters have schools. Fundraising activities such as bake sales, fun sports events and dress-up days allow the group to send much needed funds to places like Rumbek in Sudan which through the work of the Mission Possible team has become a household name in the school community.
Mission Possible
The Mission Possible team are currently raising money for a library in Nyumbani Village, Kenya. Their latest project consisted of guessing the number of students who could fit into the Chaplain’s Office. The total number of students was 88 and over €200 was raised. Emma McDonald 3M with a guess of 81 and Ann Donnelly 6M with a guess of 96, were the closest and received book tokens. Well Done to all involved.
