In history class we were studying the United States and the World (1945-1989) and studied the Presidents of the United States.  We were all very impressed by President Jimmy Carter’s work.

I (Emily Feeney) decided to e-mail The Carter Center to ask for a birthday message for Emma who is a particularly big fan of President Carter.  We received a reply containing a signed birthday message and a signed photograph of Jimmy Carter.  We brought them into history class and Ms. Barrett was very impressed.  The class e-mailed The Carter Center to say thank you and are eagerly awaiting a reply.
