The first years enjoyed three mornings of fun sports last week. They also met Ms. Madden and had some time out in the Library and showed their creative side in the Art room with the help of Ms. Fynes and Ms. O Reilly. The girls had the opportunity to take part in badminton, basketball, gaelic, gymnastics, rounders, relays, soccer and unihoc. On Thursday the girls, as a year group, had a dance off in the Sportshall to the cha cha, slide and the well known YMCA dance!! They showed their true competitive spirit during the Inter House Dodgeball tournament  which concluded Fridays fun programme.

Thanks to the group of very enthusiastic sixth years who helped out and joined into the activities and assisted in the Art room.

Thank you also, to the Sports Department for their super energy and great team work throughout the week – Ms.Peelo, Mr. O Riordan, Mrs. Vavasseur, Ms.Woods, Coach Megan Hoffman and Coach Catherine Martin.
