In September 2019, I met Aoileann Banks (Head Girl, 2000) in Lourdes during the Dublin Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes. I was there along with 5 of our sixth year pupils. Aoileann and I discussed the possibility of organising a 20 Year Reunion for the class of 2000. Aoileann began contacting all the past pupils and we decided to have the Reunion on the 27th November 2020. Unfortunately due to the pandemic we had to cancel the reunion in the school but undeterred, it was decided to hold it virtually. It was re-titled very aptly-‘The 20 Year Rezoomion’.

A lovely virtual reunion was enjoyed by all, and it was lovely to see everyone again.

Thank you to Aoileann for all your hard work over the year in organising the reunion and hopefully we’ll be able to re-schedule a future date for the class of 2000, when restrictions and the pandemic ease.
