Yesterday we welcomed the 6th year students from CUS to join the Loreto 6th year students for a very informative presentation on The Power of Networking from Kingsley Aikins from The Networking Institute.

Kingsley’s talk focussed on why building a strong and diverse network is critically important in the world we are now living in. He also explained what networking is all about and how to follow a precise process to build it. He highlighted the skills needed to develop and the role that luck, serendipity and chance play. He also discussed social capital and the importance of being a great listener.
